Many of the beautiful village scenes in Norman Rockwell’s paintings were inspired by his beloved hometown Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Hawthorne Village invites us back to enjoy Christmas in a lovely little town as Norman Rockwell saw it. His works are a pleasure to look at and full of detail and most often full of humor. His hometown and hometown friends were often his inspiration. I think you will enjoy exploring this beautiful little town during the Christmas season in this lovely wreath inspired by Norman Rockwell. This will make a lovely keepsake for you as part of your own Christmas decor or give it as a special Christmas gift to a loved one or special friend.

Norman Rockwell Christmas Wreath

Norman Rockwell Christmas Village Illuminated WreathThis snow covered Norman Rockwell Christmas wreath is lighted with LED lights, including six charming lighted buildings. Thirty-five sculpted figures represent the fun and friendly activities that are a part of Christmas as we would like it to be; friends visiting and chatting with one another, singers caroling, a family building a snowman while other villagers take their dogs for a walk. In one scene a young man who is carrying packages has become completely entangled in his dog’s leash. The dog is behind him pulling on the leash in resistance and probably barking his head off. Such humor is typical Norman Rockwell; funny little scenes and actions that always give us a laugh. A rich velveteen bow and golden plaques complete the festive look on this very special and unique Christmas decoration. The lights are powered with an AC adapter which is included or 4 “AA” batteries which are not included.
