Piña Colada Christmas Cake

This recipe qualifies as a FED cake. Fast, Easy and Delicious. This one is great when you want something that’s easy to make and easy to take to a Christmas party. Just bake it and take it. It’s that easy.

1 yellow cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can Cream of Coconut
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 medium carton Cool Whip
1 can coconut

Bake cake according to package directions in greased and floured 9”x13 pan.

Punch holes in top of cake while still warm. Mix milk and cream of coconut and pour over cake. Pour can of pineapple over the coconut mixture.

Spread Cool Whip over top of cake.

Sprinkle can of coconut over top of Cool Whip.
